are healthy upon arrival.
If there
is a problem or
concern please call us within 24hrs.
If there was no one available to accept the
package, or the driver does not secure a
signature, our guarantee is void.
If the animal perishes within our guarantee,
we will provide a replacement or store credit.
We cannot refund or credit shipping.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
on the replacement of the animal(s).

unless this is your only option.
